Early in her career, Dr. Weber
knew that many injuries could be prevented if ergonomic principles were applied to work practices and workstation design. |
Stephanie’s passion for ergonomics began with her practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the San Francisco Bay Area over 20 years ago. Collaborating with medical doctors, physical therapists and occupational therapists, she provided treatment for injured workers, helping them to recover and stay strong and healthy.
As a Certified Industrial Ergonomist (CIE) and Ergonomics Program Director at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Stephanie was instrumental in reducing risk factors for injury throughout the campus.
As President/CEO of Golden Gate Ergonomics, Stephanie has provided preventive and post injury workstation evaluations, job analyses, and ergonomics program design and management for organizations throughout the Bay Area and Northern California since 2006.
